With extensive experience in both online and offline marketing techniques, Laura can cater for your every marketing requirement, from the development and implementation of a comprehensive marketing strategy to one-off project management.

Matt has proven success in operational processes, technology and data management, largely relating to vehicle fleets, maintenance workshops and production facilities. He balances an analytical management approach with a proactive focus on achieving practical results.
Matt’s main strength lies in achieving business growth through developing, improving and implementing processes, whether to secure sales or effective operational performance, including compliance, productivity/efficiency and safety, whilst also focusing on cost control.

With a career spanning over 40 years in transport/logistics and manufacturing, it is fair to say if there is something Billy doesn’t know about the industry, it’s probably not worth knowing!
Using his strategic mind and strong people management skills, Billy has a proven track record in developing sales, products, operational processes and business infrastructure, alongside maximising profitability, efficiency and productivity.
Jan is the glue that keeps Team Genie together!
As well as wearing many ‘back office’ hats, Jan is responsible for customer support across the various business divisions.
With a strong career history in devising and managing processes, combined with a natural tendency to want to fix things, Jan just gets stuff done whether it’s pre-planned scheduling or troubleshooting.
Jordan is the newest member of the team, brought on board to help manage new business development and account management on the expanding solar side of the business.
Having spent most of his career in sales and finance roles in the banking, automotive and transport sectors, he works with a refreshingly methodical approach.
After a couple of chaotic years building the solar business with a very lean team, Jordan brings a much needed extra set of hands and his naturally upbeat and easy-going nature brings a calming influence to steady the ship.
Jonnie supports the business internally wherever it is required.
Because he naturally sways more towards creative tasks he tends to work mostly alongside the marketing team but he is willing to get stuck in wherever he is needed to help get projects over the finish line.
Having worked for a local trailer manufacturer for six years, Jonnie has excellent knowledge of the transport sector and has experience ranging from administration to commercial sales.
