Who Are We?

Established in 2016, Genie Insights is headed up by husband and wife team, Matt and Laura Reeve.

We also work with a team of hand-picked, reputable and talented specialists in areas such as graphic design, web development, photography and videography; we have access to a network of market-leading fleet/workshop software and hardware providers; and work with other specialist consultants to advise on industry-specific specialisms, meaning we can supply end-to-end solutions to meet your needs.

THE MARKETING GUARDIAN

Laura is a commercially focused marketing professional, with over 20 years of hands-on experience in the transport and logistics industry, providing her with an extensive skillset that has been developed and refined over time. She is a self-confessed English language geek who is renowned for her sharp eye for detail and attributes her success to her natural curiosity and ability to get things done.

With extensive experience in both online and offline marketing techniques, Laura can cater for your every marketing requirement, from the development and implementation of a comprehensive marketing strategy to one-off project management.


THE FLEET GUARDIAN

Matt has proven success in operational processes, technology and data management, largely relating to vehicle fleets, maintenance workshops and production facilities. He balances an analytical management approach with a proactive focus on achieving practical results.

Matt’s main strength lies in achieving business growth through developing, improving and implementing processes, whether to secure sales or effective operational performance, including compliance, productivity/efficiency and safety, whilst also focusing on cost control.


THE INDUSTRY WIZARD

With a career spanning over 40 years in transport/logistics and manufacturing, it is fair to say if there is something Billy doesn’t know about the industry, it’s probably not worth knowing!

Using his strategic mind and strong people management skills, Billy has a proven track record in developing sales, products, operational processes and business infrastructure, alongside maximising profitability, efficiency and productivity.


THE FIXER

Jan is the glue that keeps Team Genie together!

As well as wearing many ‘back office’ hats, Jan is responsible for customer support across the various business divisions.

With a strong career history in devising and managing processes, combined with a natural tendency to want to fix things, Jan just gets stuff done whether it’s pre-planned scheduling or troubleshooting.


THE SYSTEMS ORACLE

Judith is our Head of Systems and was brought on board primarily to bolster the Genie-Freeway family!

Judith brings a wealth of digital solution experience to Genie Insights, having worked in systems implementation all over the world, primarily in the manufacturing and distribution sectors.

Her meticulous attention to detail, and her structured approach to every scenario, has brought much needed order to our rapidly expanding business.

Whilst we have proven success in the motor trade and manufacturing industries in the UK and Ireland, our customers typically include those whose primary function is moving goods or passengers (road transport / logistics providers) and those involved in supplying equipment and services to these companies.

As well as truck and bus operators, we have worked with 4x4, tyre, van, truck, trailer, tail lift, forklift, finance, warehouse and even conveyor businesses that supply the transport and logistics industry.
